During the early evening hours, Cristopher was shot at close range after answering a knock at the front door of his apartment.  Witnesses inside the apartment described the shooter as an African-American male with a dark complexion in his early twenties, 5'9" in height, medium build, wearing goggles or eyeglasses.  The suspect ran from the scene and was joined by a second African-American adult male. They were seen driving away in a tan or white, four-door sedan, possibly a Ford Fairlane or LTD.
