Congratulations to our newly selected Sheriff's Advisory Team members. This team will be in place until the summer of 2018. Please check back later for recruiting information.
Sheriff’s Advisory Team. Members serve for a one year period. Meetings are typically from 6pm – 8pm on the second Wednesday of each month. The Team advises Sheriff Hart about issues impacting their neighborhoods and businesses, as well as gains a deeper understanding of the services the Sheriff’s Office provides for our County.
About the Sheriff's Advisory Team
The Sheriff’s Advisory Team is a representative group of volunteer members who live and work in the Santa Cruz County. The advisory team meets with Santa Cruz County Sheriff Jim Hart monthly and discusses law enforcement issues that are impacting our neighborhoods and rural areas.
The Sheriff’s Advisory Team consists of community members from all walks of life including residents from all five Board of Supervisors districts, residents of each of the four cities, and people working in the health, treatment, faith, education and business professions.
